The Canada-China Enterprise Overseas Service Center is a non-profit organization registered with the Canadian federal government. It currently has more than 1,000 members in various industries. The center aims to organize interactions between Canadian and Chinese entrepreneurs, focusing on building a platform for information exchange and project promotion. It promotes project docking and cooperation between entrepreneurs in both regions through various activities.
The center has more than 30 offices in China, including cities like Shanghai, Qingdao, Jinan, Yantai, Weihai, Linyi, Liaocheng, Weifang, Zaozhuang, Dezhou, Tai’an, Jining, Heze, Binzhou, Zibo, Rizhao, Zhengzhou, Shangqiu, Cangzhou, Hengshui, Dalian, Yingkou, Jinzhou, Changchun, Suzhou, Nanchang, Harbin, Shijiazhuang, and Lianyungang.

Main Business: Professional consulting, media liaison, marketing, education and immigration, government relations, and project matching.
Online Promotion: Promotes and builds culturally tailored websites using North American social platforms.
Cross-border Finance: Offers financing channels and mortgage guarantee services.
E-commerce Operation: Provides services on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok for targeted customer acquisition.
Logistics and Transportation: Offers one-stop services including overseas consolidation, express delivery, customs clearance, and warehousing.
Live Broadcast Promotion: Provides live broadcast services on platforms like Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
Event Planning: Hosts exhibitions, opening ceremonies, and business exchange events with extensive offline experience.
Media and Publicity: Partners with over 50 local media outlets and hundreds of chambers of commerce and groups.
Legal Aid: Strong legal team with experience helping Chinese companies go public in North America.
Human Resources: Offers training, headhunting, and talent introduction services.


Dr. Tang Bin
Dr. Tang is currently the President and CEO of Noah Digital Marketing, Vice Chairman of the Canada-China E-Commerce Alliance and Vice Chairman of the Hamilton Chinese Chamber of Commerce. He is also a top digital advertising expert and SEO expert certified by Google. Dr. Tang has been working in the field of digital marketing since 2003, and has personally managed more than $80 million in online advertising expenditures. He has promoted and assisted in the promotion of more than 100 brands and companies. During his digital marketing career, Dr. Tang has worked in companies in many different industries, serving as department manager to vice president, and has accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The Chinese and Western Internet marketing team led by Dr. Tang Bin is good at accurate customer positioning and improving customer conversion rates, and uses the most advanced digital marketing strategies to help Chinese and Western customers quickly improve their performance.

Harry Wang
Bachelor of Law from Peking University, Master of Economics from China University of International Business and Economics. Former reporter of Xinhua News Agency International Department, and later worked in Asia Simulation Company, a famous high-tech enterprise in China, as Vice President of the Group Company, in charge of corporate planning and external publicity.
In March 2008, he immigrated to Canada and founded the [Celebrity Business] newspaper and [Celebrity Business Club]. He is currently the chairman/president of Legend Culture Media. In 2014, he was invited to take Air Force One as one of the three Chinese official media representatives in Canada and accompanied Canadian Prime Minister Harper on his full visit to China.
Harry Wang has hosted nearly 200 large and medium-sized business exchange events in the local area, such as the Canada-China Education Forum, the Canada-China Tourism Forum, Lang Lang and His City-Shenzhen Innovation Culture Festival. He has also provided brand building and promotion services for nearly 100 local companies and institutions, including Taobao Canada, New Oriental Chinese, FOTILE Canada, Ctrip Global Shopping, and Huaxia Liangzi Toronto.

Lena Xu
MBA Master of Business Administration, currently the Director of the Canada-China Enterprise Overseas Service Center, Chairman of the Noah Foundation and President of the Noah Group, President of Canada Noah Select and Pinhuang Youxian e-commerce platforms, and Vice President of the Hamilton Chinese Chamber of Commerce. The group’s business areas are extensive, involving digital marketing, cross-border e-commerce platforms, trade, education, immigration, and catering. It has direct offices in more than 30 cities in China and its business is spread all over the world. Lena has more than 20 years of business experience and has led hundreds of employees to work together to win awards. Former Prime Minister Harper Stevens personally presented the award certificate. Lena actively participates in charity and has provided funding for Canadian soldiers in World War II in Korea for ten consecutive years. She won the Canadian Ten-Year Volunteer Award. With rich business experience and strong market operation capabilities, she often participates in activities in the Chinese community and is an elite in the Chinese business community.

Adolfo Castellanos Tang
Adolfo Castellanos Tang, a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, brings a wealth of experience to CT Lawyers, especially in the field of immigration law, where he has served as an immigration consultant since 2016. At CT Lawyers, Adolfo uses his extensive background to provide professional legal solutions to clients, becoming the first Western barrister in Toronto to focus on providing legal solutions for multilateral cross-border trade between China and Canada and the United States. His expertise also extends to a variety of areas such as international business law, immigration and refugee law, real estate, criminal defense, and traffic law.
